How will the future of work look with new technology?
The future of work is exciting for many yet scary for others. Already, we witnessed the rapid progression of technology in the workplace across many industries but the way jobs and employment look in the next few years are set to noticeably transform.
The biggest changes lie in technological device manufacturing; the segregation of tasks, increased specialisation, how the work day looks and the creative application of labour.
Despite the expectation that the global economy is set to increase by $174 trillion, nearly half the jobs you know of today are going to be gone in the next few decades due to the intense form of digitisation and automation — most of the jobs that you and I are doing, will be undertaken with the use of robotics, artificial intelligence, 3D printing and other general digitisation.

Whilst that sounds like a science fiction movie, it is not as daunting as it seems. In fact, it’s quite the opposite.
